We offer die casting services in a variety of materials that produces accurate and complex shapes. Die casting can produce a broad range of parts with perfect finish and astonishing detail. Our dies produce products with higher tolerance for heat and pressure, that are more durable and last longer than parts made by other methods, and are competitively priced.

Aluminum Die Casting for Small to Unusually Large Parts (2 g to 50 kg [110 lb.])
We deliver aluminum die castings at significantly decreased lead and cycle times with first-piece success. We have the widest range of die cast machine sizes in Asia, from 150 ton to 2,500 ton, producing parts as large as 50 kg (110 lb.)!
Magnesium Hot-Chamber and Cold-Chamber Die Casting
We operate one of the largest and most advanced cold-chamber machines for magnesium die castings in Taiwan. We also operate hot-chamber machines to cover all product requirements.
Zinc Die Casting
We produce net-shape, flash-free components at low unit cost and with minimum tooling investment.
Die casting an Alternative to Short-Run Machined Parts
Traditionally die casting is used to produce complex parts with intricate geometry, but needs certain minium volume to cover the relatively higher tooling cost. Our highly competitive tooling price has enabled many previously machined parts to be manufactured in die casting economically.
