Today's requirements for thin wall magnesium die castings with large
projected area such as notebook castings are difficult to cast using conventional die cast
equipment. Magic Precision Inc. has developed a plan to address the requirements to make
these castings successfully.
After reviewing the equipment of all the major die cast machine
manufacturers, Magic Precision Inc. concluded that some alterations to the standard
equipment design is required to produce these specialized castings with a normal die cast
yield.
Some of our equipment has been designed and developed with these
special needs in mind. This enables us to meet the needs to produce these demanding
components.
